How We Work
We helped client form a 501(c)(4) tax exempt (TE) entity who wanted to, in part, work with the governments of Mexico and other countries. We assisted the client through corporate formation, IRS tax exempt application and business licensing. We also advised client on lobbying restrictions and foreign agent registration issues.
